When it comes to marketing campaigns, Felix knows exactly how to hit the right notes between delivering what the client wants, and pushing them explore new possibilities. Ultimately this means that expectations are exceeded and everyone is delighted.

Everyone, that is, except for the members of the JTN team who are subjected to Felix’s campaign ritual.

(At this point, we’d like to call on Jack, whose famous pursuit of ‘all trades’ nicely demonstrates that, in fact, NO ONE should aim to be an expert at everything.)
